To All Our Customers
As we work our way through the ever-changing situation of Covid-19 we are putting together our best plans for a step by step re opening of some of our functions to correspond the lifting or relaxing of national restrictions in some of our markets covered by CHARMANT Europe.
Our priority continues to be the absolute health and well-being of all our employees, suppliers and customers. We also have to balance opening up and offering support to our partners whilst respecting official guidelines.
Therefore, from 1st May 2020 we are implementing support from our Karlsfeld operations with the following gradual opening of some departments:
NORTHERN EUROPE & PARTNER BUSINESS (COVERED BY CHARMANT GMBH AND CHARMANT BV)
Warehouse
We will be able to despatch orders but on a reduced capacity for the moment.
Customer Service
Our customer service will be available to answer your queries and deal with orders but again on a reduced operational basis.
Please feel free to contact us on our usual email addresses and we will endeavour to deal with all matters as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that responses and shipments may take a little longer than usual due to our limited opening but rest assured we will get matters dealt with.
Marketing
Our Marketing department will now be operational on a reduced capacity basis.
Finance
Our personnel will be available for contact.
So, in summary, we are on the road to re-opening but it will a gradual, controlled process. Services are limited and whilst we are offering every support possible to our customers and suppliers, all matters from enquiries to deliveries may take a little longer to get through than usual.
The situation is under constant review and will be changed as necessary as and when new government instructions are known and when we are safely able to extend our operations more fully.
We look forward to the new normal times when we can all be completely open for trading in whatever form that takes and, in the meantime, please stay safe and well.
