Location and warehouse move

To enhance our sustainable and modern business for both our external and internal partners, we are moving our location.

We will close our current office on December 9th at 5.30 pm to begin the moving process and will re-open at our new location at 9am on December 13th.

We would also like to take the opportunity to advise you of news regarding our move to a more enhanced logistics hub:

A central UK and European warehouse has been established to create synergies across our region and provide an improved logistics process as a UK and European company. Therefore, our warehousing and logistics operations will now be consolidated and located in the French-German border region in Willstätt, twenty minutes from Strasbourg.

          

To ensure a smooth transition and continued service our new warehouse facility will be supported by seventeen dedicated professionals.

This move, of course, requires a high level of coordination on our part; consequently, for a brief period we will experience an interruption to provide delivery and logistics services. This will be kept to an absolute minimum and will run from the 18th to the 30th November, after which our new facilities will be fully functional.

During this period there may be some slight disruption to deliveries but this will be reduced as far as possible to mitigate any potential impact on your business. The short term relocation period will enable us to continue to move to a better future together and we kindly request your understanding should any issues arise.
