As we move into the final weeks of 2025, we take a moment to reflect on a year filled with many impactful moments.
2025 began with great energy at the trade shows: opti in Munich, followed immediately by MIDO in Milan. We also reconnected with long-standing partners and met many new faces at 100% Optical in London with NEG/optinet as well as BOLD XXL in Den Bosch.
A major milestone was the successful debut of CHARMANT’s global licensing agreement with HEAD Sport GmbH. As HEAD is a leading global premium sports brand, we marked the launch of the collection with an exclusive event at the prestigious Lagardère Paris Racing tennis courts. We are excited to present even more HEAD eyewear designed for top sports performance next year.
Another anticipated highlight will be the launch of a new CHARMANT house brand, further strengthening our eyewear expertise and innovative spirit. Stay tuned for more information to come!
In 2026, we have two anniversaries to celebrate with you.
We will proudly mark 70 years of CHARMANT. In 1956, CHARMANT’s founder, Kaoru Horikawa, began manufacturing spare parts for the optical industry, laying the foundation for the CHARMANT Group’s journey.
Besides, we will cherish 30 years of licensing partnership with Lagardère Active Group, the brand owner of internationally renowned ELLE brand. Started as a pioneering magazine for women in 1945, ELLE has become a global fashion lifestyle brand and we’re grateful to be a part of ELLE’s journey.
